WW2時、イギリス海軍400人余り、敵
の攻撃によって海に放り出された
、その後、その海域に通りかかっ
たのは敵である大日本帝
国海軍の戦艦だった・・・
Ikazuchi (meaning "thunder") was a destroyer
of the Imperial Japanese Navy. During the
first months of 1942, Ikazuchi participated
in the East Indies campaign, including the
invasion of Java and the battle of the Java
Sea on March 1 March in which the British
cruiser Exeter, destroyer Encounter and U.S.
destroyer Pope were sunk.
The Ikazuchi crew saved 422 limey who
drifted.
