Kevin's Mega Smash Single from the album he
did with 707 back in 82'
Kevin often gets pigeon-holed as a Steve
Perry Soundalike but the comparisons aren't
all that far off base either. 707 was getting
a lead singer who could rock out and had big
pipes who could go for the moon and Kevin's
not a bad lookin' guy either. Some say 707
was getting a lead singer at their label's
request much like Journey did in 77'. All
theories aside, this album was a corker! Love
it. I'll be putting up a sampler of the album
later for your listening pleasure. Enjoy!
Also, i borrowed these lyrics so if you think
they are a little off, let me know and i'll
consider changing them if they are correct!
Thanks and Enjoy! - James Tags : Journey Steve Perry Ric Emmit Triumph Ace Frehley Frehley's Comet Kiss |

| Pan Am Boeing 707-121-"Promo Film"-1958 |
 |
Gotta love it; an old promotional film for
Pan American's entry into "The Jet Age".
Pan Am ushered in jet passenger travel in in
this country in September 1958, and was the
first U.S. Airline to do so.
It should be noted however, that a De
Havilland BOAC Comet lV landed in New York
about 3 weeks before the first Pan Am 707
departed New York for Paris.
Great footage of original "Short tailed" 707s
with the original Pratt & Whitney JT3C
turbojet engines.
The fin height was increased on the 707
starting in 1960, due to an accident of a
Braniff 707-227 which prior to delivery to
the airline, crashed on an early test flight
due to "Dutch roll".
After the fin height was increased on all 707
& KC-135 aircraft, the problem was
alleviated.
This film really captures the glamour of
early jet travel from the "Golden age".
