"Soi Cheang : Cinéaste Enragé" (Rabid
Filmmaker) is a 26 minutes documentary
directed by Frederic Ambroisine with and
about director Soi Cheang / 鄭保瑞 from
his debut in the 90's as an assistant
director to his 2006 ultra violent movie,
"Dog Bite Dog / 狗咬狗", starring Edison
Chen / 陳冠希 and Sam Lee / 李燦森 .
In this excerpt, Soi Cheang explains how he
created Edison Chen character, a ruthless
Cambodian killer with no limit. « Soi Cheang

Before "Dog Bite Dog / 狗咬狗" (2006),
"Infernal Affairs II / 無間道II" (2003)
was probably the movie where Hong Kong idol
Edison Chen / 陳冠希 gave his most
memorable performance as an actor.
Shot in October 2004, this interview excerpt,
about one scene he had with Carina Lau /
劉嘉玲 in the movie, is taken from a short
documentary (15 minutes) directed by Frederic
Ambroisine about "Infernal Affairs II" :
"Dans l'Enfer du Passé (In the Hell of the
Past)".
This documentary also contains interviews of
director Andrew Lau / 劉偉強, director and
scripwriter Alan Mak / 麥兆輝,
scriptwriter Felix Chong / 莊文強, and
actor Anthony Wong / 黃秋生. Available
