From the "Wheels Of fire" DVD. Salba and
pals skating the underground full pipes with
the JFA dudes. The tune is "ABA" by JFA but
with a longer intro. than the version on
their "Untitled" LP. THIS version of "ABA"
RULES!! And if anyone knows if it's on a
particular press other than the LP
(compilation, etc.) let me know. My
suspicion is that it is from the 'My Movie'
7" recording sessions but wasn't released
along with the tunes 'Untitled' and 'Desert
Jewel' on that same 7".

me fiddling around with the different sounds
you can get with the xiphos using it through
my jfa modded 6505 head.
also, i know this is rather sloppy. but i
made this just to show that the xiphos cleans
up nicely, even with an incredibly high gain
amp.
i made just about everything up on the spot
as i was playing. so put yeah, excuse the
wankery (more)

JFA. with footage from a party at the now
defunct Pala Pool. The song is a tribute to
the also now defunct Nude Bowl, and the time
Brian Brannon of JFA helped clean it out by
putting an industrial size backhoe on his
American Express card so he, Dave Reul and
crew could empty the pool which was then
filled to the brim with dirt and debris, but
for every pool that dies away ...a new pool
shall be reborn!
There was a place in the desert hills where
people used to go
They'd mess around and have some thrills
while riding in the bowl
But there's some jerks in every bunch and
some got out of hand
Shooting guns and pulling knives and fighting
in the sand
We'd tell them to get the hell out but they
wouldn't stay gone for long
Like the clap they'd always come back and now
the Nude Bowl's gone
