When the going gets tough....The
tough...well...take off their clothes. At
least that's what 80 nearly-naked men did in
one Japanese city.Every year, Oshu hosts a
winter festival at the Kok-u-seki temple, in
northern Japan. Men flock to the temple to
test their stamina... and brave potential
frosbite.The participants first douse
themselves with chilly water...Then spend
the next eight hours
chasing around a hemp sack, that holds a
special charm. It's believed that the person
who captures the bag will bring a
good harvest to his community. ## The Peace
Sign, one of the most widely known symbols in
the world, was first designed
and drawn on home-made banners and badges in
London, England when the Campaign for Nuclear
Disarmament was launched at a
public meeting but has since been
appropriated by scores of different protest
movements, from hippies in 1960s America and
to the rest of the world, it is known more
broadly as the peace symbol. ## In these
troubled times, the world needs heroes to
offer a message of hope to the huddled
masses. Well, we have that hero: Aditya Romeo
Dev, smallest bodybuilder. Dev
stands just 33 inches tall - and weighs 20
lbs. 'Romeo' trains at the Leo Health Club in
India, with his trainer - club
owner Ranjit Pal. The self proclaimed fastest
skipper in India. This tiny hero is like Lou
Ferigno but with dyed blonde
hair and tiny dumbbells.
