| MRSA-Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus Infection |

Please Rate & Comment-Methicillin-resistant
Staphylococcus aureus infection.
This occurred in March, 2006. Out of no
where I noticed a bump on my inner left
buttock(Thursday). Over night the bump had
doubled in size, and became extremely
painful. The area around the bump was so
tender, that it was difficult to sit in
class. Everything was difficult, because the
slightest touch resulted in tremendous pain.
I went to a doctor (Friday), and he said it
was most likely a spider bite. He prescribed
me some anti-biotics, and said if it got any
worse to come back in. Sunday rolled around,
and nothing was better. I tried to call the
doctor, but was unable to reach him. My leg
was starting to go numb, and I could feel my
heart beat around the infection. My veins
were stiff, and very tender. I went into the
bathroom, and saw two black dots surrounded
by puss. I knew that I had to record it,
because no one would believe what was
occurring. That is when you see the puss
come out. It just kept coming, and coming.
I felt relieved to have it out, however a few
hours later I knew that my previous attempt
was only the surface of something more
powerful. The pain continued, and my entire
cardiac system didn't seem to be functioning
right. I laid down on the floor and decided
I had to get it out no matter how painful it
was going to be. Trust me, excruciating
pain. I have gone through a lot, but nothing
really compares to having a MRSA infection
drained. This is coming from a guy who has
had eight nose surgery's, and who has broken
a vertebra in his neck. I twisted up a
towel, put it in my mouth, bit down, and
squeezed away. I didn't know it was MRSA,
until I had to go to the emergency room that
summer. I had two more outbreaks at the same
time. One on my knee, and the other on my
thigh. The ER personnel did a culture, and
it came back as MRSA. I told the doctor that
I had first gone to see, and he had a hard
time believing it. He said that is a flesh
eating bacteria, but was surprised to see the
lab reports results. I went to an Infectious
Disease Specialist, and he said to apply
Bactroban to my nose twice a day for a month.
It worked for a little while, but then six
months later I had another outbreak on my
elbow. I got it drained out, and went back
to applying Bactroban to my nose, whenever I
felt like I was in places that would make me
vulnerable to getting another outbreak. One
doctor said to use Dial Gold soap twice a
week, and I have been doing that. So far the
two have seemed to work, as well as an
occasional serving of Colloidal Silver. This
can help to any one. I'm pretty sure I
picked mine up during a plastic surgery in
December of 2005. Three months before the
footage you see. I majority of us all ready
have it living on our clothes, and body.

| MRSA Infection Threatens Us |
 |
MRSA infection is now spreading rapidly all
over the world in epidemic proportions. JAMA
published a paper in October 2007 stating 64%
of health people carry superbugs. Pencillin
use was introduced in 1940 and cannulation
became a common feature in hospitals as this
antibiotic was initialy given IM /IV.
We feel you can stop them infecting you is to
take care of all skin injury serious. Make
sure the nurses and doctors clean your skin
well before administerin an injection, taking
blood for test or when introducing a cannula.
We published various videos and website to
educate people like you.
Since JAMA & CDC published paper and CNN News
about MRSA, visitors have been asking us
various questions.
