| Perhaps Love - John Denver & Placido Domingo |
 |
I just want to say that I like John Denver
very much.
PERHAPS LOVE - Lyric
Perhaps love is like a resting place
A shelter from the storm
It exists to give you comfort
It is there to keep you warm
And in these time of trouble
When you are most alone
The memory of love will bring you home
Perhaps love is like a window
Perhaps an open door
It invites you to come closer
It wants you to show you more
and even when you lose yourself
And dont know what to do
The memory of love will see you throught
Oh, love to some is like cloud
To some as strong as steel
For some a way of living
For some a way of feel
Ans some say love holding on
And some say letting go
And some love is evrything
And some say that they dont know
Perhaps love is like the ocean
Full of conflict full of pain
Like a fire when its cold outside
Or thunder when it rains
If I should live forever
And all my dreams come treu
My memories of love will be of you
And some say love is holding on
And some say letting go
And some say love is everything
And some say that they dont know
Perhaps love is like the ocean
Full of conflict full of pain
Like a fire when its cold outside
Or thunder when it rains
If I should live forever
And all my dreams come treu
My memories of love will be of you Tags : Perhaps Love John Denver Placido Domingo |

LYRICS
E lucevan le stelle
ed olezzava la terra,
stridea l'uscio dell'orto,
e un passo sfiorava la rena...
Entrava ella, fragrante,
Mi cadea fra le braccia...
Oh dolci baci, o languide carezze,
Mentr'io fremente
La belle forme discioglea dai veli!
Svani per sempre il sogno mio d'amore..
L'ora e' fuggita...
E muoio disperato!
E non ho amato mai tanto la vita!
The stars were gleaming,
The ground was fragrant...
The creak of the garden gate,
light footsteps in the sand,
the smell of her hair. She came
and fell into my arms.
Oh tender kisses, sweet caresses,
I beheld
Her beautiful form freed of its gown.
Gone forever is my dream of love.
Time has fled, and I die in despair!
I die in despair,
But never have I loved life so much

'O SOLE MIO G. Capurro / E. Di Capua
Che bella cosa na jurnata 'e sole,
n'aria serena doppo na tempesta!
Pe' ll'aria fresca pare gia' na festa...
Che bella cosa na jurnata 'e sole.
Ma n'atu sole
cchiu' bello, oi ne'.
'o sole mio
sta 'nfronte a te!
'o sole, 'o sole mio
sta 'nfronte a te!
sta 'nfronte a te!
Lùcene 'e llastre d'a fenesta toia;
'na lavannara canta e se ne vanta
e pe' tramente torce, spanne e canta
lùcene 'e llastre d'a fenesta toia.
Ma n'atu sole
cchiu' bello, oi ne'.
'o sole mio
sta 'nfronte a te!
'o sole, 'o sole mio
sta 'nfronte a te!
sta 'nfronte a te!
Quanno fa notte e 'o sole
se ne scenne,
me vene quase 'na malincunia;
sotto 'a fenesta toia restarria
quanno fa notte e 'o sole
se ne scenne.
Ma n'atu sole
cchiu' bello, oi ne'.
'o sole mio
sta 'nfronte a te!
'o sole, 'o sole mio
sta 'nfronte a te!
sta 'nfronte a te! Tags : pavarotti big luciano sole mio placido domingo jose carreras rome three tenors italian classic music arias |
