About a week ago, I revealed my 30 Minutes To
Six Pack Abs Workout Video.
However, I received a lot of comments saying
that it wouldn't work because I didn't have a
single crunch or situp xercise in the video.
It is not that I forgot to add it. It is
because I am trying to prove a point.
You can NOT get six pack abs from just doing
hundreds of crunches. In fact, you don't
even need to do a single crunch to get six
pack abs.
The truth is everybody has a six pack (or
even an 8 pack) but you just can't see it
because of the layers of fat on top of it.
Ab crunches do NOT burn the fat thats on your
stomach. You will get far better results
from training your entire body with compound
movements such as squats, lunges, pullups,
and pushups. .
As you can see, I am using my entire body to
boost my metabolism. Don't expect any
crunches here.
Six Pack Abs are made when your body fat
percentage is low enough. Sorry.... You can
do 500 crunches per day and that is still
not enough to reduce your body fat
percentage.
