From director Roland Emmerich comes a
sweeping odyssey into a mythical age of
prophesies and gods, when spirits rule the
land and mighty mammoths shake the earth. In
a remote mountain tribe, the young hunter,
D'Leh (Steven Strait), has found his heart's
passion -- the beautiful Evolet (Camilla
Belle). When a band of mysterious warlords
raid his village and kidnap Evolet, D'Leh is
forced to lead a small group of hunters to
pursue the warlords to the end of the world
to save her. Driven by destiny, the unlikely
band of warriors must battle saber-tooth
tigers and prehistoric predators and, at
their heroic journey's end, they uncover a
Lost Civilization. Their ultimate fate lies
in an empire beyond imagination, where great
pyramids reach into the skies. Here they will
take their stand against a powerful god who
has brutally enslaved their people.

After a fulminant start in Biel, Switzerland
(2004), the battle moved to Berlin, Germany
(2005) and São Paulo, Brazil (2006). The
2007 Red Bull BC One Battle will take place
in Johannesburg, South Africa on September
22nd.
This year, for the first time, there will be
9 Red Bull BC One Qualifier Battles, where
B-Boys from all over the world will be able
to qualify for the final battle in South
Africa.
Another novelty this year is that one of the
16 B-Boys competing in the qualifier battles
will be selected by an online jury. Starting
on April 14, B-Boys can qualify by uploading
their profiles including photos and video
footage to the Red Bull BC One website and
get the chance to be one of the 16.
