good shops around but he cannot understand a
word so he pretends to give an appropriate
answer...
In the 2nd scene, the same guy shows up
again:
French Guy: "Excuse me"
Policeman: "You! Again!
Well,what's the matter?
May I help you?"
French Guy: "Is that you? in the paper?"
Policeman: "Er, Non! It's, Non!"
...Seems he suddenly remembers the french
word for "No" ^^
