Continuing Oral Health Professional Education
has the mission of promoting excellent
training and the highest standards of oral
health care. The office provides
comprehensive, state-of-the-art online,
travel and on-site continuing-education

negotiating the licensure hurdle to digital
photography in dentistry -- helping general

The USC School of Dentistry's Office of
Continuing Oral Health Professional Education
(www.uscdentalce.org) has the mission of
promoting excellent training and the highest
standards of oral health care nationally and
internationally. Through its state-of-the art
program, the CE office offers a wide array of
comprehensive courses and life-long learning
experiences for general dentists, specialists
and allied professionals.
The lecture presented by Dr. Peter Moy was
part of the 33rd Annual USC Periodontal &
Implant Symposium held in Los Angeles in
2008. Dr. Moy received his dental degree from
the University of Pittsburgh, a certificate
in General Practice Residency from Queen's
Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and his
certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
from UCLA Hospital and Medical Center, Los
Angeles. He is currently on staff in the
departments of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
as well as Hospital Dentistry at UCLA. He is
also the Co-Director of the UCLA Dental
Implant Center. Dr. Moy has published
numerous articles related to Implant
Dentistry and Osseointegration, specifically,
on bone grafting and augmentation procedures
for the atrophic ridges and has lectured
nationally and internationally. Dr. Moy
established and maintains a private practice
in the West Coast Center for Osseointegration
in Brentwood, California.
The lecture presented by Dr. Christopher
Marchack was part of the 33rd Annual USC
Periodontal & Implant Symposium held in Los
Angeles in 2008. Dr. Marchack is a graduate
of the University of the Pacific School of
Dentistry. He has received his certificate in
Prosthodontics from the University of
Southern California. He is an active member
of the Academy of Prosthodontics, the Pacific
Coast Society for Prosthodontics, the
American College of Prosthodontists, the
Academy of Osseointegration, the San Gabriel
Valley Dental Implant Study Club, and the
Southern California Osseointegration Study
Club. He has written numerous articles in
peer reviewed journals, relating to implant
dentistry. Dr. Marchack serves on the
editorial review boards of the Journal of
Prosthetic Dentistry and Quintessence
International. He has lectured nationally and
internationally and maintains a full time
practice in Pasadena, California. He is the
Founder and current Director of the San
Gabriel Valley Dental Implant Study Club, the
Co-Director of the Odontic Seminar at USC,
and a Clinical Associate Professor at the USC
School of Dentistry.
