Featured in www.elreflejo.cl
World's first processors that automatically
generate live multi-part vocal harmony by
Âanalyzing guitar chord progressions.
Accurate vocal Âharmonies even with
complicated songs...because
only Vocalist Live tracks guitar chords, not
your voice.
A surprising number of songs "fool" other
harmonizers because these songs just don't
work with a single key/scale setting. In
fact, any song that has the same note sung
over two different chords (for example, a C
sung in the melody over a C maj / F maj chord
sequence) is going to confound conventional
harmonizers.
Vocalist Live uses breakthrough musIQâ„¢
technology to directly analyze the output of
any electric or pre-amplified acoustic guitar
(no special MIDI guitars or hex-outputs
needed). Then it generates the correct vocal
harmony. For example, if you're singing an A
over the chords that are generally found in
the key of G, Vocalist will harmonize with a
C. But, if you then play an A major, Vocalist
will shift to the C#...because like any good
harmony singer, it listens to the guitar!
With musIQ, forget about the technology --
just sing and play!
Skip complicated programming and having to
analyze each song
chord-by-chord; just...
1. Plug in your microphone and guitar;
2. Pick a 3rd or 5th-above or belowÂ
Âharmony preset;
3. Sing and play — when you want harmony,
just step on the footswitch!
Patent-pending musIQâ„¢ technology combines
new Note Detection algorithms with
state-of-the-art Harmony Generation. The Note
Detection section analyzes complex guitar
waveforms and determines which notes in each
chord are critical to accurate harmony. This
information is then fed to an advanced
harmony engine that creates harmonies
consistent with both the singer's melody and
the underlying guitar accompaniment.
This totally new, musically-intelligent
hybrid of traditional chordal and scalic
harmony modes means that Vocalist Live musIQ
harmonies stay true to not only the overall
key and song scale, but also localized
variations due to chords that aren't part of
the global key. You've never heard anything
like it!

KING OF NOTHING
---------------
I live in this castle all alone
I must have built these walls with a heart of
stone
Whoa can't you see
Whoa what you're doing to me
I'm standin' on top of the world tonight
But I feel like jumpin'
I had it all when I had you in my life
But now that you're runnin'
Without your love I'm the king of nothing
I got a lot of things money can buy
I'd sell them all just to get you off my mind
baby
Whoa can't you see
Whoa what you're doing to me
I'm standin' on top of the world tonight
But I feel like jumpin'
I had it all when I had you in my life
But now that you're runnin'
Without your love I'm the king of nothing
Whoa can't you see
Whoa what you're doing to me
I'm standin' on top of the world tonight
But I feel like jumpin'
I had it all when I had you in my life
But now that you're runnin'
Without your love I'm the king of nothing
Without you're love baby
Oh, I'm nothing
I'm the king of nothing my baby
Without your love baby

| Digitech Metal Master distortion pedal demo |
 |
This is meant as a demo to help in anyone's
decision to buy a Metal Master, so please
don't downrate just cuz I suck at playing.
My setup was Esp H-50 guitar, MM1, computer.
The pedal out I used was OUT 2 (MIXER). I
had a 1/4" TRS-to-1/8" converter and a 1/8"
cord to hook up to my capoota.
The pedal settings were as follows in O'clock
format and in chronological order:
Low 12
Hi 12
Morph 12
Low 2
Hi 2
Morph 11
Low 3, Hi 3, Morph 1:30 (I saw a picture of
Jack Owen formerly of Cannibal Corpse holding
up a Metal Master to the camera with this
setting, that's why I tried to play the
Hammer Smashed Face riff, even though I
sucked at, just so you could get an idea)
Low 1, Hi 5, Morph 3
Low 3, Hi 3, Morph 11:30
The last minute or so I just played with the
Morph control to give you an idea of all the
different sounds you can get. Tags : Digitech Metal Master distortion pedal demo cannibal corpse jack owen heavy death thrash black power metal |

| Digitech Whammy Part 1 |

www.ProGuitarShop.com The DigiTech Whammy
Pedal is the most radical octave splitter
you'll ever find. The Digitech designed
Whammy is found on countless recordings. It
has settings (MIDI switchable) that will
allow octave harmonies, up to 2 octaves up,
and octave down to a dive bomb. The Digitech
Whammy may take your guitar trem's place.
It's been nearly a decade since DigiTech
introduced the mind bending effects of the
Whammy pedal to the world, and that original
design has been in demand ever since. The
same smooth pitch bends, rich detuning,
accurate dive bombs, and fast tracking
harmony shifts, which were responsible for
the instant success of the original Whammy
pedal have been resurrected in the new
incarnation of the DigiTech® Whammy™
Pedal. Painstaking efforts were made to
recreate the exact sounds that made the
DigiTech® Whammy™ such a popular and
indispensable effect.
Every feature of the original WH-1 has been
included in the new Whammyâ„¢. From the
rotary preset selection knob, to the Ferrari
red color; From the mechanical momentary
switch, to the exact same interval
selections. However, the new Whammyâ„¢ has
added the versatility of MIDI control making
this timeless effect flexible enough for any
situation. The new "Dive Bomb" Preset gives
the effect of a whammy bar pushed all the way
to the body of the guitar, and 16 LEDs
provide a visual indication of your Preset
selection even on dimly lit stages. Tags : Digitech Whammy Pedal |
