| Street Food - New York - June28 Part 1 |
 |
One of the world's most famous hymns to
commerce, New York's thousands of street food
vendors - and the fare they sell - reflect
its eclectic ethnic mix. But as we find out,
life on the streets can be harsh, belying the
city's rich and glamorous image. Tags : Street Food Al Jazeera English New York |

Now, to answer some FAQs...
- The food in this film was consumed either
by myself or my dog after shooting. None of
the cast went to waste.
- The software used was photoshop and after
effects.
- The film took me 3 months to do.
- Although it seems like stop motion, most of
it was stop motion created within After
effects, using keyframe animation. I am
basically moving the food around within the
the program, frame by frame, which is the
same as traditional stop motion, only it's
digital. Tags : stop motion war food fight conflict animation short film stefan nadelman |

| Food Court Musical |
 |
From http://www.ImprovEverywhere.com, 16
agents create a spontaneous musical in a food
court in a Los Angeles mall. Using wireless
microphones and the mall's PA system, both
their voices and the music was amplified
throughout the food court. All cameras were
hidden behind two-way mirrors and other
concealed structures.
This is one of over 70 different missions
Improv Everywhere has executed over the past
six years in New York City. Others include
Frozen Grand Central, the Best Buy uniform
prank, and the famous U2 Rooftop Hoax, to
name a few. Visit the website to see tons of
photos and video of all of our work,
including behind the scenes information on
how this video was made.
Song by Scott Brown and Anthony King.

| Food Network Subliminal Advertising? |
 |
I was watching the end of today's (1/21/07)
Iron Chef and noticed the screen quickly
blink red. A few seconds later I start
thinking, "Was that the McDonalds logo...?"
Thanks to the magic of my Dish Network DVR, I
rewind, and put it in to slow motion.
Sure enough, Food Network is allowing
McDonalds to run subliminal advertisements in
the middle of their programming!
Amazing! Tags : advertising ironchef foodnetwork |
