SARMATIA EUROPA NATIONS UP NOW. MAPS :
1863 m. vyko Lietuvos, Lenkijos ir Ukrainos
kovos dėl nepriklausomybės nuo Lietuvos
karalių Gediminaičių paskirtų Rasijos
valdovų dinastijos imperatorių įtakos. Jas
menkinančiai pavadino neva sukilimu dėl
baudžiavos panaikinimo.
Būtent tų kovų pasekmėje 1918 m.
signatarai pasirašė Lietuvos
nepriklausomybės aktą. O Vokietijos
teritorijoje ruoštasi ne laikinos prezidento
institucijos įsteigimui Lietuvoje, bet
karūnuoti Lietuvos karaliumi Mindaugą
antrąjį.
Tačiau susilaikyta, nes naudingiau buvo 1918
m. Signatarų aktą dėl Lietuvos ATkūrimo
vykdyti daliniais etapais. ATkurti tegalima
tai kas buvo sukurta anksčiau -
Žestpospolitą, Lietuvos karalystę arba
Lietuvos didžiąją kunigaikštystę -
Vyties vėliava.
1918 m. naujai sukurta Lietuvos Respublika su
prezidento institucija tai ne atkūrimas, bet
tik tarpinis variantas su jam skirta laikina
trispalve vėliava.
Atsižvelgiant į visas komplikacijas ir
kitus aspektus, susijusius Lietuvos ir
Sarmatijos žmonių laikinais veikimo
suvaržymais, iniciatyvos atgaivinti laisvą
ir nepriklausomą Lietuvos ir Sarmatijos
padėtį turi imtis ištremtasis Lietuvos
valdovas (jo įpėdiniai) kartu su
tebeesančiais vyresniaisiais senoliais -
senatu. Jų pareiga išlaikyti senąsias
aisčių tradicijas, pagal kurias mūsų
protėviai Sarmatijoje gyveno daug
tūkstančių metų, ir perteikti jas
ateinančioms kartoms.
Suvereniteto specialistas Hobsas teigia, jog
tarptautinė teisė amžinai gerbia tam
tikrus valdovo teisių aspektus. Jis rašo:
„Suverenitetas - tai įgyvendintos keturios
svarbiausios teisės: JUS IMPERII
(aukščiausioji įstatyminė teisė), t.y.
teisė vadovauti: JUS MAJESTATIS (didybės
įstatyminė teisė), t.y. teisė būti
gerbiamam, pripažįstamam ir ginamam; JUS
HONORUM (šlovės įstatyminė teisė), t.y.
teisė apdovanoti už nuopelnus ir dorybes.
Kai valdovas netenka teritorijos, kurioje
taikė JUS IMPERII ir JUS GLADII (žudymų
įstatyminė teisė), jis nepraranda
suverenių teisių. Minėtųjų teisių
veikimas būna sulaikytas ir telieka
pretenzijos, iš kurių išplaukia
pretendento titulas, bet tas teises valdovas
išlaiko IN PECTORE (dvasioje) ir IN POTENTIA
(politinėje įtakoje). Tačiau, kaip
pripažįsta ir patvirtina visų tautų
autoritetingi teisininkai, valdovas visada
visa galia išlaiko JUS MAJESTATIS ir JUS
HONORUM, nes jis visada laikomas FANS HONORUM
(šventojoje pagarboje), t.y. pagal
tarptautinę teisę naudojasi teise būti
gerbiamas, pripažįstamas ir saugomas, turi
teisę suteikti titulus bei apdovanojimus
kilniesiems savo karalystės gyventojams,
nepažeisdamas teisių tos valstybės,
kurioje jis svečiuojasi arba kurios
piliečiu jis gali tapti".

SUBSCRIBE TO BE NOTIFIED OF THE 6 UPCOMING
PARTS OF THIS ANALYSIS.
This food for thought series on "Hellenism,
Globalism, Americanism" has 7 parts (intro +
6).
Text:
Introduction:
For all those who like to analyze the current
globalization process, for or against, it is
worth noting that the Hellenistic times,
post-Alexander the Great were characterized
as a "globalization" of sorts.
Alexander's venture into most of the "world"
of those times led, in spite of his untimely
death, to a single space/area which led to
the exchange of ideas and knowledge as well
as trade. That area was Hellenistic in its
cornerstone, but very multi-culti. Alexander
made a point of embracing and incorporating
ideas, cultures, religions et al of the areas
he conquered. A good example is his stance in
Egypt. Another is his marriage to Roxanne, a
native of what nowadays is Afghanistan I
think. That he strongly encouraged his
generals to marry women of non Hellenic
nationality, natives of the conquered areas.
Thus the globalization model that Alexander
employed was quite different from the Roman
one and from most if not all of the models of
globalizations ever since, including, to a
certain degree, the model of the current one.
Historians and other scientists study how
various "Empires" were built. Maybe a similar
study on how past globalizations were
structured would be insightful.
Is the current globalization "too
Anglo-American", in mentality, pop culture,
architecture and ideas? That is not easy to
ascertain in such a post. But it is worth
thinking about. Plus: Can this globalization
learn a lesson or "best practice" or two from
Alexander's model? Tags : comparative systemics globalism americanism hellenism history globalisation roman empire USA |
