During WWII, IG Farben manufactured 84% of
Germany's explosives, and the gas used in the
concentration camps. Its secret trading
partner, U.S. Standard Oil, JD Rockefeller's
company, sold ingredients to the Nazi's that
were key to their abilities to carry out the
London Blitz.
The Union Banking Corporation's assets were
seized by the US Government for violations of
the "Trading with the Enemy" Act. Prescott
(Granpa) Bush, grandfather to George W, was a
director and vice president of that bank.
