TO DO
Zoe offers concerts, camping, river floating,
swimming, hiking, and more
Each summer Camp Zoe hosts several concerts
and music festivals. Thousands of people
dancing and listening to live music for up to
three days at a time is the most common
activity at Zoe. Group camping comes with the
large festivals, bringing in another level of
fun.
Canoe floating on the Current River is
available everyday through the summer,
including during festival weekends. The most
common float is 11 miles from Pulltite to
Round Spring. The shuttle bus picks you up at
the bus stop in Zoe and then returns you
there five hours later. Prices average $45
per canoe (for two people).
Swimming is big-fun at Zoe in the summertime.
There are many swimming holes and beaches
along the one mile of spring-fed stream that
runs through the property. Bring a swimming
suit, towel, sun-screen, floaties, and
whatever floats your boat.
Exploring all the roads and camping areas of
Zoe is an adventure in itself. Hiking the
entire 330 acres along the gravel roads and
stream can take all day. Zoe is set in a
valley in the Ozark Region of Southern
Central Missouri. There are bluffs, caves,
beaches, creeks, trees, ferns, hills, and
natural wildlife to see. Zoe is surrounded by
thousands of acres of national forest and
private timber reserves.
WHAT TO BRING
Here are some items you may want to bring to
Zoe:
RVs, pop-up campers and tents are all welcome
at Zoe. Bring sleeping bags and extra
blankets, an air mattress or thermo-rest if
you have one, flashlights and lanterns, lawn
blankets or lawn chairs for during the
concerts, swimwear, river shoes, food and
drink to consume, barbeques and grills, warm
clothes, rain gear (just in case), sunscreen,
party favors, acoustic instruments, Frisbees,
bicycles and your toothbrush.
PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME DURING
FESTIVALS
We all love dogs, but thousands of dogs
create a health and safety hazard at a large
festival. Dogs tear into tents, eat people's
food, bite people, and do not use the
porta-johns. Even the sweetest pups get
overheated, and some are frightened by loud
music. This year, dogs will not be admitted
on festival weekends. We thank you for your
cooperation.
HEADS UP!! NO CELL PHONE SERVICE AVAILABLE!
1.Bring a pre-paid pay-phone calling card.
2.Bring a cell-phone antenna to use on top of

Camp Zoe is open everyday, even during NON
EVENTS!!

during non events is $5.00 per adult per day.

HISTORY
Zoe, named for the Greek word that means
"life", boasts a spring-fed stream that runs
through the middle of the property and
outdoor activities including swimming,
canoeing, hiking and more. Zoe is located in
the Ozark Hills of Southern Central Missouri.
A recent partnership with booking and
management team Madison House Presents
(www.madison-house.com) has helped put Zoe on
the map as one of the countrys premier
outdoor festival sites. In addition to music,
the site plays host to campers and outdoors
enthusiasts, as well as company retreats,
weddings, conferences, and more.
Zoe, originally called Camp Zoe, was
established in 1929 as a youth camp.
Thousands of children attended every summer
until 1986 when the camp closed. Eight years
and several owners later, Jimmy Tebeau [of
the Missouri band "The Schwag"] purchased the
330 acre property and still owns the property
today. The 330 acre facility offers a
campground with concert stages in a natural
amphitheater setting. Site capacity is
10,000.
