map of the Hepatitis C Virus. Quick rundown:
The first part shows that the virus infects
the liver. Then all of the virus' parts are
labeled. The viral RNA is pulled out to show
that it is transcribed to DNA, and then all
of the nucleotides in the DNA are shown. The
last part of the animation maps the regions
of the RNA/DNA that encode for specific
proteins, i.e. one segment codes for the
envelope proteins, another for the core, etc.
