| Ali Larijani: Iran - IAEA Talks on Nuclear Timetable |
 |
Ali Larijani Iran's top nuclear negotiator
gave an exclusive interview to Press TV
before leaving for high-level talks with the
IAEA and the European Union.
Mr. Larijani emphasized the need for a clear
timetable on the Iranian nuclear program
together with the IAEA to settle the
outstanding issues.
Following the meeting Mr. Solana told press
reporters on Monday "We have had a very
constructive meeting, and we will meet again
in three weeks' time," Solana told reporters
after the four-hour meeting at the Portuguese
foreign ministry headquarters.
"We will continue on this path," added
Solana.
Larijani said Iran wanted to settle its
nuclear dispute with the West through
diplomacy. Asked whether a new UN sanctions
resolution could end his talks with Solana,
Larijani said: "If some adventure-seeking
countries want to interrupt the process of
diplomacy, this may have some effects."
"I think for the big powers the prevalence of
tranquility would be more important," Reuters
quoted Larijani as saying. Tags : press tv ali larijani javier solana iaea nuclear issue program ahmadinejad npt protocol proliferation bushehr natanz |

Republic of Iran's peaceful nuclear program,
all nations will find out that IRI is right.
Ahmadinejad made the remark in the 11th
Conference of Best Book on the Holy Defense
(marking the Iraqi imposed war 1980-1988).
The Iranian president said, "We welcome the

| Syria, the IAEA, and Bible Prophecy |
 |
The International Atomic Energy Association
is in Damascus and is reportedly going to be
examining the September 6, 2007 site bombed
by the Israeli Air Force due to suspicions a
covert and cooperative nuclear project was
underway there where Syria was being aided by
Axis of Evil member North Korea.
If Syria is going nuclear, this was little
more than a warning shot across Damascus' bow
by Israel.
The prophet Isaiah wrote thousands of years
ago that Damascus, the longest continuously
inhabited city in the world, would be taken
from being a city and would be left a
"ruinous heap."
At the time of Isaiah's prophecy, it's hard
to imagine what type of destruction might
have been capable of being utilized to create
such destruction but TODAY? What Syria may be
seeking in a nuclear weapon, it may well find
but not in the manner it wishes, if you
follow my thinking.
Bible prophecy is history written in advance,
the signature of God.
While today I can't tell you HOW Damascus is
going to be destroyed, I can tell you - and
do - that Damascus is going to be gone
someday. When it comes to pass, will a
skeptical world believe Bible prophecy
foretold it? While I sincerely hope so, I
wouldn't bet on it. Tags : commentary analysis documentary news Syria Israel IAEA nuclear Bible prophecy rapturealert.com |
