releases fragment of testimony of Taras
Potskhveria. The so called criminal authority
talks about Shakro Kalashov in this video

He is accused as a criminal authority and
organizerof a rebellion at a jail on 27
March. In case of confirming accusations he
may be sentenced for 15 years imprisonment.
