Overdrive! Never has there been an OD/Boost

Xotic BB Plus! Part BB Preamp part Boost
pedal, this little baby has you covered. The
BB side is very versatile and shimmery, from
high gain madness to low gain sizzle. The
tone controls are very interactive with each
other creating an amazing palette of
tones.Both sides feature a Comp switch giving
you two different cut-off frequencies to
choose from, a slight scoop for heavier
crunch, or a warmer cream tone for sizzling
lead. The second side of the Xotic BB Plus is
a super transparent boost/buffer. Use this to
kick a little extra db for a boost or as a
buffer in a long run of pedals. Both sides
are true bypass and seperately
footswitchable. There is also a toggle for
the order in which the sides operate:
Boost-OD or OD-Boost. No other pedal on the
market can keep up with the new BB Plus from
Xotic Effects.

diverse tonal palette. It has a whopping
+30dB of clean boost. The Xotic BB Preamp can
range from transparent sparkling clean boost
to searing overdrive. With an adjustable
±15dB two band active EQ, you can boost or
cut both Bass and Treble which adds a wide
range of harmonic content to your tone. As
with all Xotic pedals, True bypass is
standard on the BB Preamp eliminating any
signal interference when it is switched out.

The Xotic BB Preamp delivers crunch tones
that will hit you in the gut like a baseball
bat. The tones are definitely a derivative of
the classic Marshall grind. Vintage Blues
Breaker tones ooze out of this Xotic pedal.
The extremely versatile bass and treble
control give you added control, making any of
the exotic pedals compatible with a variety
of guitars and amplifiers. I think this pedal
is the most versatile of the three. You can
get anywhere from a mild boost, early Clapton
tones, to AC/DC rock. The BB Preamp works
very well with the RC Booster. The two are a
match made in heaven. Between the two you can
nail down all of your overdrive / distortion
needs with a clean boost in the RC, a crunch
tone with just the BB, and lead tones by
combining the two. Aahhhh.... tonal bliss.
The Xotic BB Preamp will stay on the
down-low, but you really have to work to keep
it in it's cage. As soon as the gain gets
past 12 o'clock, you will experience rich,
crunchy rhythm tones and leads that will make
your mouth water. The BB Preamp boasts some
of the best string separation in a higher
gain pedal. Take the gain to the top and bust
out an open A minor chord, you can hear every
string and every vibration coming from your
pickups. Throw down a palm and it will chunk
out with the best of 'em. Lower gain settings
yield a rich, complex overdrive that clean up
nicely when you back off the guitar's volume.
The BB Preamp really does it all. All the
controls are smooth and even through the
entire sweep. The tone circuit adds dimension
and character to any style of playing without
losing the base tone of your amplifier and
the true-bypass switch takes it all the way
out of the loop when switched off

SFX-03 Twin Tube Classic guitar preamp /
distortion pedal puts real tube distortion
magic at your feet. The Twin Tube is awesome
for adding some tube tastiness to a direct
guitar tone, or for warming up a solid state
or digital amplifier.
The Seymour Duncan Twin Tube has two channels
of pure analog, all tube signal path, with
the military-grade Philips Sylvania 6021
tubes seeing very high plate voltage. This
high plate voltage results in the Twin Tube
operating at full efficiency for maximum tube
tone and responsive dynamic feel.
The Seymour Duncan SFX-03 Twin Tube features
two switchable channels, rhythm and lead,
with independent volume and gain controls,
and a separate tone section with global bass
and treble controls. You really can't get a
bad sound out of this preamp. Glassy low-gain
overdrives, chunky rhythm tones, and smooth
sustaining high-gain lead sounds are all
there in spades. The EQ section is simple and
quite musical, with very little tweaking
necessary to get the perfect crunch.
Of course the Seymour Duncan SFX-03 Twin Tube
is built like a tank, with no expense spared
in high-grade components and bulletproof
construction. Switching is true bypass for
total tonal integrity, tube components are
military-spec, and the solid steel chassis is
as heavy-duty as they come.
You won't be disappointed in the Seymour
Duncan Twin Tube. It's an indestructible tone
