This is Rodney Tow, a crooked bankruptcy
trustee. Wells Fargo paid him over $2,000,000
(two million dollars!) using money from a
REMIC Trust, and its liquidation proceeds to
chase innocent parties while the servicer and
trustee pocketed millions of dollars in
repurchase funds as settlement proceeds,
which would be considered prohibited income
for a REMIC trust and 100% taxable. See the

Wells Fargo and ORIX to sign a false
affidavit. False, just like all of their
other affidavits (Brian Smith, VP of Wells
Fargo, etc)-- and everyone knows it, even
herself!!
Unfortunately, based on this false affidavit,
Wells Fargo and ORIX got an ex-parte judgment
against the owners of the apartment complex
relating to the affidavit. This false
affidavit ultimately led to a fraudulent
judgment against a single purpose entity
borrower.
