What are the key issues for deciding on a
president for different ethnic and religious
groups attending the Republican National
Convention? On Monday's Riz Khan we speak to
representatives of the Arab, Jewish, South
Asian and Latino communities to find out what
foreign policy and domestic issues they think
will drive the elections. The panel also
assesses the impact that John McCain's newly
chosen running mate, Sarah Palin, will have
on the polls.

Somalia has become the world's foremost
"failed state," with no functioning
government, more than one million refugees,
and each street corner run by a different
warlord -- some aligned with the West, and
some not.
Earlier this week the United Nations brokered
a peace deal between one small opposition
faction and the Transitional Federal
Government, which was set up in 2004 and
controls some parts of Somalia.
But many analysts do not expect much
improvement in the country's lot.
