| VSMMC "Black Suede" Scandal |
 |
A subject of an ongoing investigation for a
serious breach in the code of ethics among
medical practitioners.
One of the biggest slaps in the face of the
Philippine's medical community.
this video shows an ongoing operation for a
removal of a foreign object, an Avon Black
Suede body spray (thus, the title)lodged
inside the rectum of a gay man attended by
more than 10 people inside an OR suite.
this video shows a lot of serious threats to
the sterility of the area and the procedure,
gross disrespect to the patient and shows a
lot more immaturity and unprofessionalism by
the hospital's surgeons, interns, nurses, and
its affiliating schools nursing students and
clinical instructor/s.

brief history of the patient:
On december 31 Danilo (not his real name) met
a man on the street offering to have sex with
him for a price of P100. He brought the man
home and had sex with him but he bruised the
man's ego by criticizing the size of his
manhood.
Apparently challenged, the man asked Danilo
to have sex again and despite his saying "no"
continued anyway. Danilo felt a little pain
but fell asleep after that.
The next day, he can't locate his Avon Black
Suede body spray canister and instantly
feared the worst because he claimed to have
felt something painful inside his body which
became worse during urination.
He only decided to tell his family last
January 2 so as not to affect his family's
new year's day celebration. He was brought to
Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (a
government-owned hospital) for a consultation
where the doctors discovered that there was a
foreign object lodged in his rectum.
He was scheduled for an operation the next
day.
This video is what happened next.
