Chad recorded this song himself, animated it
himself, and even created some of the
instruments that were played on it himself.
This song appears on chad's new album

This was from Sept. 2007. When we heard that
he was playing there that night, we literally
ran to the bar worrying that we had missed
out on one of the most interesting musicians
Canada has to offer. Not only does he make
his own instruments in many cases, he also
animates and illustrates. He graduated from
The Alberta College of Art and Design in
2001. We loved him from before the time of
his "Infiniheart" album and his latest is
"Skelliconnection." Grab your chance to see
him if yo can as he is not a big fan of
touring. http://www.myspace.com/chadvangaalen

This footage of Chad using his Gameboy as an
instrument at the end of the song is from
Sept. 2007 when he played Call The Office in
London, Ontario. He can make music out of
anything and has. He is interested in sound
and motion and analog gadgetry as well as new
electronics. He illustrates and animates and
impacts a lot of poeple that he doesn't know.
He inspires us.
