science—injunction, apprehension,
confirmation—give us a reliable methodology
for learning about both the world without and
the world within. Want to know what the moons
of Jupiter look like? Look through a
telescope. Want to know what satori is? Sit
down and count your breaths. While you're at
it, have a couple friends do the same thing,
and then compare notes. After all, if your
experience of satori involves becoming one
with a jelly donut, you, um, might want to
see if that happened to anyone else....

Significance of AUM
AUM is a natural sound. In Sanskrit A stand
for Brahma, U for Vishnu and M for Shiva. The
combination of three powers makes up AUM and
this combination embodies God with creative,
sustaining and destructive powers.
AUM, the sound, is in our blood. The first
sound that a baby makes is A, then Uuh and
then the word Ma. This natural sound connects
us to God. In Hindu culture, the baby is
considered very pure with no ideology and
therefore close to God.
AUM in English is equivalent to GOD; G for
generative power, O for operative power and D
for destructive power. The sound of AUM can
activate and open all the seven charkas
especially the sahasrar, which is located at
the top of the head. According to Hindu
culture that is where God resides. AUM was
discovered by the rishis. Rishis are the
people who can see the truth.
How can you see these hidden powers in
yourself? It is known that new cells are
always forming in our bodies, other cells are
always dying and something always remains the
same -- Brahma, Shiva and Vishnu. Our memory,
which remains the same and connects us to the
past, is called the operative power.
Everything is a combination of these three
powers. For example, if you want to change a
gold earring to a bracelet the goldsmith will
melt (Shiva, destructive power) the gold
(Vishnu, operative power that which stays the
same) and make a new bracelet (Brahma,
generative power).
You can learn to chant the sound of AUM in a
certain way to activate all the chakras. Also
certain colors are created through the
chanting of this sound. When you chant AUM
you are already improving yourself. Most
religions are utilizing this sound. In
Christianity it is the word amen. Chanting
benefits the person physically, mentally, and
spiritually.

psychologist Dr Tanya Byron explores what
some consider as the fine line between
religious devotion and psychiatric disorder.
She sees what happens when rational
scientists try to analyse religious phenomena
like Speaking in Tongues and Hearing Voices,
and considers the beliefs of faith healers
who claim miracles happen.

Kriya Yoga is not a religion. It is the
science of the soul. The technique is
composed of spinal breathing, magnetic
oxidation which causes the electrical flow of
prana to reverse itself into the river of the
spinal cord and regain its divine essence.
Kriya yoga utilizes positive light energy
growth for spiritual evolution of
consciousness.
Yogiraj is a living master and solar seer,
and helps sincere practitioners of yogic
meditation awaken to higher levels of
consciousness through chakra
awakening/activation and esoteric practices
of Himalayan yoga.
Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born on May
10, 1944 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
He has been meditating since the age of 3,
and spent his early years in the Himalayas
amongst the HamsaNath yogis, in whose
presence he was transformed. The divine
transformation flowered after his deep and
personal experiences in 1961 and 1967 with
the yogi-christ Mahavatar
Shiv-Goraksha-Babaji, the same spiritual
master described in Yogananda's Autobiography
of a Yogi. He has a wife of 30+ years,
Gurumata Shivangani, with whom he built by
hand the Hamsa Yoga Sangh Ashram (Spiritual
Retreat) outside the city of Pune, near
Bombay, India. They have two sons, and two
grandchildren.
Yogiraj teaches yogic meditation for the
evolution of human consciousness. These
perennial practices of yoga are the most
ancient closely guarded sacred practices of
the Himalayan yogis and masters from time
immemorial. They help the practitioner
gradually transform him/herself into the
likeness of his/her own divinity.
This ancient art and science has been a way
of life for rare yogis and ascetics of India
and abroad who have sacrificed everything in
the search for their own inner Truth, their
inner Godessence. Today, Yogiraj demonstrates
in his own life and livingness, that powerful
spiritual practice can be integrated with
family life and a career. By the blessings of
Babaji, Yogiraj teaches these techniques,
which he collectively calls "The Alchemy of

| The Spirituality of Tomorrow |

The Catholic theologian Karl Rahner famously
said "the Christian of tomorrow will be a
mystic, or not a Christian at all." Few
people have impacted Christianity in this
regard as has Fr. Thomas Keating. A
Cistercian monk from St. Benedict's Monastery
in Snowmass, Colorado, Fr. Thomas has spent a
lifetime in deep Christian practice, and in
sharing the fruits of this contemplation with
countless others. We were enormously blessed
to host a dialogue with Fr. Thomas and Ken
Wilber in April of 2006. In today's featured
video, Ken presents some of the foundational
concepts of Integral spirituality.

truth is, he is only trying to reach those in
international countries that have no access
to spiritual teachings.
Acharya Shree firmly states that he does not
and never will charge money for spiritual
teachings, as Truth should be shared and not
charged for.
Furthermore, he says that someone needs to
criticize the bad traditions that continue to
corrupt our society and religions. He firmly
states that religions do have some good
things to offer, but there are traditions
that do not allow a person to grow
spiritually.
Acharya Shree's compassion to help others is
what drives him to use YouTube to reach
spiritual seekers world wide.
