| False Fire: staged self-immolation at Tiananmen(1/2) |

On January 23, 2001, it was reported that
five people set themselves on fire in
Tiananmen Square, Beijing, China.
The state-run Xinhua news agency reported the
incident with unusual speed, claiming that
the immolators were practitioners of the
Falun Gong spiritual practice.
Yet evidence shows that this incident was
staged, a ploy used to turn public opinion
against Falun Gong already persecuted for
their beliefs.
NGO』s (non-governmental organizations) have
found gaping holes in the cover story
propagated by Xinhua. They performed
frame-by-frame analysis of the official video
footage aired repeatedly on TV shortly after
the incident, and examined inconsistencies in
verbal claims and coverage made by official
media and the communist party.
The International Education Development
testified at the UN in Geneva as long ago as
2001 that 「we have obtained a video of that
incident that in our view proves that this
event was staged by the government.」

The (in)famous clip with English subtitles!
It has already been posted but I think this
is the longest version so far.
It's from a Belgian Comedy show called "In de
Gloria", so the whole thing is staged. It's a
'mockumentary' about a fictious TV show host
who got fired because of his inappropriate
laughing at his guests, a woman who got
paralyzed because of a surgeon accidently
cutting her spine, and a man who had a
tonsillitis and got a bad treatment which
resulted in a damage of his vocal cords. He
didn't get castrated or "lost his balls" like
some people claim. Anyways, the funniest
thing I have seen in a while!

| Advanced Pushups - The Roller |

This is part one of my advanced pushup
series. I will be doing 5 different types of
advanced pushups and then I will combine them
into one heck-of-a-chest workout.
The rolling pushup is a great exercise
because it combines a fly and a pushup into
one tough exercise. You can vary how hard it
is by varying the angle of your elbows. In
this video, I wimped out and bent my elbows
to make it easier. To make it tough enough
for any pro-BB, keep the arms straight.
When you are all the way down with your face
in the carpet, it takes an incredible squeeze
from the pecs to get you back up - kind of
like the iron-cross on the gymnastics rings.
The grunts are not staged, this is a real
bear.
This is NOT a beginners exercise, it is for
advanced bodybuilders only. If you have not
been lifting for at least 6 months, dont even
consider doing this because you will most
likely get injured.
I made this "rolling pushup" its own video
because its a unique exercise and I wanted to
be able to link to it individually. There
are several other unique exercises in my
advanced pushup series that I will be putting
up individually also. Thanks for your
patience, the advanced pushup video IS coming
but it takes a long time to edit.
Anyone can be healthier, have more energy,
sleep better, and feel better about
themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding
doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of
time, gyms are great but home workouts can
save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set
from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes
to get started with your home workouts.
