From the DVD. Yes, I'm aware that they are
lipsynching. But think about it: if they did
try to sing while doing that dance it would
sound terrible. They sing with their actual
voices in the rest of the DVD so don't
complain. (I'll try and upload more of it
when I can).

Anywho, Aya Hirano, Chihara Minori, and Yuko
Goto, the seiyuu(s)(?) of Haruhi, Yuki, and
Mikuru (respectively) from the anime Suzumiya
Haruhi no Yuutsu (The Melancholy of Haruhi
Suzumiya) performing Hare Hare Yukai.
For the encore Tomokazu Sugita (Kyon) and
Daisuke Ono (Koizumi) join in.

We finally got our SOS-dan together and did
the ED dance in cosplay, save for Kyon
missing his blazer. It was a lot of fun. ^_^
Okay, to clear up a few things...
This is a PRACTICE session for Anime Boston
2007 Masquerade competition. Of course there
are plenty of mistakes and wrong moves
between the five of us.
Take note that this was taped in APRIL, 2007!
The event is long gone and over, so asking us
to improve and whatnot will fall on deaf
ears.
To end the race debate:
Haruhi, Kyon, Itsuki - Asian
Mikuru, Yuki - Caucasian
The girls' costumes were made by ourselves.
We used patterns and modified existing pieces
of clothing as well as sewing stuff from
scratch.
The guys' costumes were mostly store bought
(thrift shops and eBay) and modified to look
like the North High uniform.
I've sold what I don't need anymore from my
costume sets. Please don't ask anymore. A
full Haruhi set is $60 + $10 shipping fee,
but I'm not taking commissions since I have
college to focus on.
